INTERNSHIP IN ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

The candidate will work inside the Organizational Development Area of the Italy Human Resources Department and will join the team involved in People Management & Development processes.

In particular he/she will support all the performance management activities by providing active support to the employees and management, managing the tool and analyzing the progress of the process.

Progressively, the resource will have the opportunity to acquire knowledge and skills related to talent management processes, auditing of corporate roles and career development.

 Requirements:

– Degree in humanities, preferably in Psychology (with organizational guidance)

– Good knowledge of English (Both spoken and written)

– Good interpersonal skills

– Proactivity and flexibility

– Attitude to Problem Solving and results orientation

– Good knowledge of MS Office

Starting date: from February

Duration: Min. 6 Months

Conditions: Full time internship, reimbursement, free Company Canteen, free use of Company shuttle buses.

INTERNSHIP IN HR – RECRUITING

As part of the Human Resources Department of ST Italy, the candidate will join the team who manage the processes of research and selection of employees.

In particular, she/he will support activities such as ads, assessment of applications, the calls of candidates. The person will also support the organization of the interviews and the final selection of the personnel, with focus on managing the entire process related to internships and the relationships with schools and universities. She/he will have the opportunity to acquire knowledge on legal and administrative aspects of labor relations.

The role will give also the chance, in general, to know the organization of the activities of a Human Resources Dept. of a large High Tech company.

 

Requirements:

– Degree in humanities, social-economic materials, preferably with address linked to the world of personnel management

– Good knowledge of English (Both spoken and written)

– Good interpersonal skills

– Good relationship skills and flexibility

– autonomy and proactivity

– Good knowledge of MS Office

Starting date: from February

Duration: Min. 6 Months
