The programme is based on six core courses and a dissertation.
Common track (1 year)
1-Data Analysis and Statistics
2-Comparative and European Labour Law
3-Advanced Labour Economics
4-Economic and Social Regulation of Labour
5-Human Resources Management
6A-Organizational Behavior (HRMER Curriculum) or
6B-Comparative Political Economy (CSPER Curriculum)
Students can choose among two curricula:
A. Human Resources Management & Employment Relations
B. Comparative Social Policy & Employment Relations
Students are required to choose one optional course among all courses offered at the University of Milan.
The programme is part of the Network in Labour Studies , which allows students form 12 first-class European Universities to complete the European Master in Labour Studies (EMLS-MEST).
Students enrolled on the MLS programme can spend a study period abroad as part of the Erasmus+
